Some organizations anticipate changing their site so often, they prefer to invest in a content management system (CMS).

This type of system allows the organization to log into a backend system and update their own website. The system is very user friendly and the controls are very similar to Microsoft Word or similar word processors.

You can create new pages, edit pages, create blogs, add menu items, create contact forms, polls, create rotating ads or banners, and delete pages.

The CMS option is an add on to a New Website. Since a website is built on top of CMS technology, you cannot add a CMS to an existing website, it has to be completely reconstructed. If you already have a website and would like to have a CMS you would need to go the route of New Website + CMS.
